Account management - Notification fields

Account settings notification messages organize information in a number of fields. In this way, it is easier to get a quick overview of what was changed, where and when.

pspReference String (tick)
Adyen's 16-character unique reference associated with the transaction/the request. This value is globally unique; quote it when communicating with us about this request.
entityKey String (tick)

Defines the entity that was changed. For example, it can be at company, merchant or user level.

Format:

  • Company.companyCode,
  • MerchantAccount.merchantCode or
  • username@accountKey
executingUserKey String (tick)

Identifies the author of the change.

Format:

  • username@accountKey

If a change is implemented by Adyen, the executingUserKey value is internal.

executingDate String (tick)

Returns the date and time when the change was applied.

Format:

fieldName

String (tick) Returns the account field the change was applied to.
It can take one of the following values:
  • accountStatus
  • blockPayout
  • merchantName
  • settlementCurrency
  • merchantCategoryCode
oldValue String (error) Returns the original value, before it was changed.
newValue String (tick) Returns the new/current value that replaced the old one.
