Find out how to stop notifications being sent to your server.
You can temporarily disable notifications. This is useful when you need to perform server maintenance, as you won't receive notification error messages in your Customer Area.
Notifications are required for your integration with the Adyen payments platform. You should only disable notifications temporarily.
To stop receiving notifications:
- In your Customer Area, go to Account > Server Communication.
- Click Edit & Test next to Standard Notification.
- Clear the Active checkbox.
- Click Save Configuration.
When you do this, the Adyen payments platform will queue your notifications. You'll receive all your queued notifications when you activate them again.
