Single account update request

Submit this request to receive updates for a single card. You can send either:

  • Credit card information - In this case, the sub-fields for card are mandatory.
  • Recurring detail reference and shopper reference - In this case, the fields for shopperReference and selectedRecurringDetailReference are mandatory.

After receiving, Adyen responds and confirms that the request was accepted.

In case of duplicate requests within 7 days, Adyen notifies that the card has already been submitted for an update.

This request is forwarded to the schemes and if successful, the actual result is included in the /listRecurringDetails service or in the Account updater batch result file.

For information on available fields, refer to ScheduleAccountUpdaterRequest and ScheduleAccountUpdaterResult reference topics.
