One-off vs installment flow

One-off payment flow

A standard, basic payment transaction normally follows this flow:

Authorisation → Capture → Settlement

Transaction report:
  • Time frame: D+1
  • Reported by the acquirer.

It provides the following information:

  • Overview of captures and refunds.
  • Details about estimated payment dates, commissions, and so on.

Settlement report:

  • Time frame: D+30
  • For M-level merchants: we provide settlement reports, and we check bank statements to confirm the funds are duly received.
For S-level merchants: we provide settlement reports, and we rely on the information we receive from acquirers.
  • Bank statement notifying that the deposit needs to be made available.

Installment payment flow
