{"title":"Webhook event logs","category":"default","creationDate":1681291020,"content":"<p>In your Customer Area, you can find a log of all <a href=\"\/development-resources\/webhooks\">webhook events<\/a> sent to your server.<\/p>\n<p>For every webhook event, we list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant timestamps and your response time.<\/li>\n<li>The event code and identifier.<\/li>\n<li>The relevant PSP reference or resource ID.<\/li>\n<li>Request and response bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the log for testing and <a href=\"\/development-resources\/webhooks\/troubleshoot\">troubleshooting<\/a> your webhook integration.<\/p>\n<h2>Viewing your webhook event log<\/h2>\n<p>To view your webhook event log, you must have one of these <a href=\"\/account\/user-roles\">user roles<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merchant admin<\/li>\n<li>Merchant technical integrator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To view and search webhook event logs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your test <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>. Stay on the company account or select a merchant account. Webhook event logs for a balance platform integration are available on the company account.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Developers &gt; Event logs<\/strong>. You will see a list of all your webhook events on the test environment in the past thirty days.<\/li>\n<li>Select an item to see its details.
