## Cause

Adyen APIs return this error when:

* The request is referencing an incorrect or missing configuration.

## Solution

Reach out to your Adyen contact to make sure that the configuration you are using is already created on our side, or that the configuration you are using is correct.

## Error codes

### 30\_071 - Invalid configuration for Public Key

**Cause**: The public key configuration is missing or is incorrect.\
**Solution**: Reach out to your Adyen contact.

**Cause**: The request is using a missing or incorrect configuration.\
**Solution**: Reach out to your Adyen contact.
