You can filter by criteria such as status or payment method, and view detailed information about individual payments.<\/p>\n<h2>View all payments<\/h2>\n<p>To view payments, you need to have the <strong>View payments<\/strong> <a href=\"\/essentials\/users#roles\">user role<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To view a list of all payments:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/essentials-live.adyen.com\/essentials\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Essentials<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Payments<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThis opens a list of all payments processed through your merchant account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To download the full payments list as a CSV file, select <strong>Export<\/strong> in the upper-right corner.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"lightbox\" href=\"\/user\/pages\/docs\/29.essentials\/18.look-up-payments\/payments.jpg\" src=\"\">\n  <img alt=\"Payments list showing all processed payments with filtering options.\" src=\"\/user\/pages\/docs\/29.essentials\/18.look-up-payments\/payments.jpg\" \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Look up individual payments<\/h3>\n<p>To look up individual payments, you can use either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The search bar at the top of the payments list.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Filters<\/strong> menu in the upper-right corner. You can filter payments by date, status (for example <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Settled<\/strong><\/span> or <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Refused<\/strong><\/span>), amount, shopper interaction (<span translate=\"no\"><strong>Ecommerce<\/strong><\/span> or <span translate=\"no\"><strong>In-person payments<\/strong><\/span>), payment method, and store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>View payment details<\/h2>\n<p>Selecting a specific payment in the list opens a panel with the following tabs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#overview\">Overview<\/a>: detailed information about the payment.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/essentials\/refund-payments\">Cancel<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/essentials\/refund-payments\">Refund<\/a>: if it is possible to cancel or refund this payment, you can do so here.<\/li>\n<li>History: the <a href=\"\/essentials\/payments-lifecycle\">statuses<\/a> that the payment has gone through.<\/li>\n<li>Receipt: the receipt for the payment (only available for point-of-sale payments processed through a terminal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"overview\">Overview tab<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Overview<\/strong> tab contains detailed information about the payment, including:<\/p>\n<h4>Payment details<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PSP reference<\/strong>: this is Adyen's unique 16-character reference for this payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>: the creation date for this payment (when the payment status became <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Received<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment method<\/strong>: the payment method used to process this payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cardholder name<\/strong>: the name of the cardholder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Card number<\/strong>: the card number, with some digits masked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expiry date<\/strong>: expiry date of the card.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Issuer<\/strong> country: the country of the issuer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shopper<\/strong> interaction:\n<ul>\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><strong>Ecommerce<\/strong><\/span>: payments processed online.<\/li>\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><strong>POS<\/strong><\/span>: payments processed at the point of sale.<\/li>\n<li><span translate=\"no\"><strong>ContAuth<\/strong><\/span>: payments processed using stored payment details.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>Settlement Batch<\/strong>: available for payments with the status: <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Settled<\/strong><\/span> or <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Refunded<\/strong><\/span>. Indicates in which <a href=\"\/essentials\/getting-paid\">payout batch<\/a> the payout or refund is processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notices green\">\n<p>Shopper details such as cardholder name and address are masked by default.
