# Terminals

Look up information about payment terminals.

If you are using payment terminals, the [Terminals section](https://essentials-live.adyen.com/essentials/pos/terminals) of Essentials contains an overview of all terminals, including:

* The status of each terminal.
* The associated store for each terminal.

To access the Terminals section, you need to have the **Merchant POS Terminal View** [user role](/essentials/users#roles).
