You can give your team members access to Essentials. Each user can have one or more roles<\/a>, determining which permissions the user has.<\/p>\n

You first get an admin login user for the person whose details were used in the onboarding process. The admin user can then create new users<\/a> for other people in the team.<\/p>\n

View all users<\/h2>\n

To view users, you need to have the Merchant user management<\/strong> user role<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to Essentials<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You'll see a list of all users, the merchant accounts they have access to, and when they last logged in.<\/p>\n

    Create a new user<\/h2>\n

    To create new users, you need to have the Merchant user management<\/strong> user role<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    To create a new user:<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to Essentials<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to Users<\/strong>, and select Create new user<\/strong> in the upper-right corner.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter a username and email address of the new user.<\/li>\n
    4. Select Create new user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The new user receives an email with a link to generate a password for their Essentials<\/a> account. This link expires after 24 hours. If the link expires, you need to send a password reset email<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      The new user has all the default roles<\/a>. You can add or remove roles<\/a> as needed.<\/p>\n
