# Application form

Learn how to complete the application form for the KYC process.

Before Adyen can process payments on your behalf, we are legally obliged to do Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on your business, based on the information that you [submit in your application form](/franchisees/onboarding#submit-application).

For these KYC checks, you have to provide information about:
