When reporting issues regarding your front-end integrations, our Support team may ask you for a HAR (HTTP Archive) file. This file can be generated by your browser, and contains a record of network requests for a webpage. With this file, we can help you diagnose issues with Drop-in or Components, such as problems with rendering or performance. Here we explain how to generate a HAR file using the following browsers: * [Chrome](https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/create-har-file#google-chrome) * [Firefox](https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/create-har-file#firefox) * [Safari](https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/create-har-file#safari) * [Internet Explorer](https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/create-har-file#internet-explorer) * [Edge](https://docs.adyen.com/online-payments/create-har-file#edge) HAR files contain sensitive data. This can include cookies, and information that you download or submit during recording (including passwords and credit card numbers). Before sending a HAR file to Adyen, you should remove any sensitive information from the file, or encrypt it. ## Google Chrome 1.
