# GrabPay

GrabPay is an e-wallet created by Grab, Southeast Asia's largest ride sharing company that has expanded into delivery services, mobile payments, and financial services. Grab offers these services to over 100 million users in a single app. Shoppers make payments within the app using a GrabPay wallet that they link to their credit or debit card.

To pay with GrabPay, you redirect the shopper to the GrabPay login page from your website or app. The shopper authenticates using their phone number and a one-time password (OTP) that they received from Grab on their phone. Then the shopper selects one of the available payment options and confirms the payment.

GrabPay offers the following payment options:

* **Wallet**: Shopper instantly pays the full amount.
* **PayLater**: Shopper pays the next month or in four equal installments over three months. For more information, refer to [GrabPay](https://www.grab.com/sg/finance/pay-later/).

We offer GrabPay Wallet in Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines. GrabPay PayLater is only available in Malaysia and Singapore.

For refunds, the `reference` parameter is required, and must be a maximum length of 32 characters, where only alphanumeric characters, dashes and underscores are allowed.
