# TrueMoney

Learn how to accept TrueMoney payments.

TrueMoney is one of the most popular digital wallets in Thailand. After the shopper is registered with TrueMoney, they can start funding their TrueMoney account by transferring funds from multiple sources: credit or debit cards, bank accounts, other wallets, or with cash.

#### How to pay with TrueMoney

Shoppers can make a one-time purchase or sign up for recurring transactions with TrueMoney:

### Tab: One-time purchase

After the shopper selects on your website or mobile app:

1. They are redirected to a website and prompted to log in using their credentials or a QR code.

   The instructions on this website are presented in English.

2. The shopper confirms the payment by using the biometric verification or their 6-digit PIN.

3. The shopper is redirected back to your website or mobile app.

4. The shopper gets a notification informing them of their purchase.

### Tab: Recurring

After the shopper selects on your website or mobile app:

1. They are redirected to a website and prompted to log in using their credentials or a QR code.

   A notification is sent to the shopper in the app.

   The instructions on this website are presented in English.

2. The shopper confirms if they want to link their wallet for recurring transactions to the merchant.

3. The shopper confirms the transaction by selecting **Confirm Binding** on the payment page.

4. Then, they are redirected back to your website or mobile app.

5. Finally, the shopper gets a notification informing them of the recurring (or *auto-debit*) transaction.

When a shopper is redirected to TrueMoney, the redirect page is valid for 30 minutes by default. After 30 minutes, the page will timeout. If you want to change the link expiry, contact our [Support Team](https://ca-test.adyen.com/ca/ca/contactUs/support.shtml?form=other).
