If automatic verification is not possible, Adyen asks you to upload a bank document. When you upload the document, Adyen's automated system checks it immediately. You receive feedback in seconds, so you can fix issues right away and avoid delays in the verification process.<\/p>\n<h2>Before you upload<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure your document meets the <a href=\"\/platforms\/verification-requirements\/document-requirements#bank-statement-requirements\">requirements for bank documents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In summary, your document must show:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The account holder name, which must match the legal entity name on record.<\/li>\n<li>The account number or IBAN.<\/li>\n<li>The date of issuance, which must be within the last 12 months. Exceptions apply for RIBs, checks, and some online banking screenshots.<\/li>\n<li>An indicator that the document was issued by a bank, such as the bank logo, the bank name in its bank-specific font, or a BIC\/SWIFT code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accepted file formats are PDF (preferred), JPEG, JPG, or PNG.
