This configuration must be the same in both your PayPal Business account and in Adobe Commerce. There can be a problem with order creation if there is a mismatch where Adobe Commerce requires the shopper's phone number, but PayPal Express did not return it because it was configured as optional in the PayPal Business account. ## PayPal To set up PayPal in your Adobe Commerce integration, follow the [steps to set up PayPal](/payment-methods/paypal/setup-paypal-direct-merchants). ### Amounts in Hungarian Forints (HUF) In case of a transaction in HUF, PayPal expects the transaction amount and the line item amounts to be rounded to the nearest whole amount. For example, an amount of HUF 74499 must be rounded to HUF 74500. PayPal also expects the rounded line item amounts to add up to the rounded transaction amount. If you do not round the amounts, Adyen will do that. However, a discrepancy can occur between the transaction amount and the total of the line item amounts. When this happens, PayPal doesn't accept the transaction. To avoid that problem, we recommend that you round all HUF amounts yourself and check that they add up. ## In-person payments You can also offer terminal payments for your customers for the endless aisle experience. An employee can place an order from the Adobe Commerce admin panel and send the payment to the selected terminal. To set up in-person payments, follow this [checklist](/point-of-sale/get-started/tapi-checklist). To configure in-person payments in your Adobe Commerce store, refer to [Set up In-person payments](/plugins/adobe-commerce/set-up-in-person-payments). ## Admin orders The plugin offers two types of admin orders: * [Pay by Link](#pay-by-link) * [MOTO](#moto) ## Pay by Link Pay by Link lets you create an order and send an Adyen payment link directly to the shopper in the order confirmation email. This option is available for orders created from the Adobe Commerce admin panel. The orders created with Pay by Link are not finished until the shopper clicks the generated link and proceeds with the payment. If the shopper doesn't complete the payment, unfinished orders will be automatically closed by the [plugin's cron](/plugins/adobe-commerce/set-up-the-plugin-in-adobe-commerce#step-2-run-cron). ### Set up Pay by Link To create payment links, make sure you have the [Pay by Link user permissions](/unified-commerce/pay-by-link/create-payment-links/customer-area#requirements) set up in your Adyen Customer Area. You can also [customize the Pay by Link theme](/unified-commerce/pay-by-link/create-payment-links/customer-area#themes) from your Adyen Customer Area. To set up Pay by Link in the Adobe Commerce plugin: 1. Under **Admin Orders**, fill out the following fields: | **Field** | Description | | ------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Pay by Link enabled** | Set to **Yes** to enable Pay by Link. | | **Pay by Link title** | The title that indicates this payment method during checkout. | | **Default expiration days for Pay by Link** | How many days a payment link should be active. You can override this value when creating the payment link. | ### Create a payment link After you have [set up Pay by Link](#set-up-pay-by-link), you can start creating payment links for admin orders. 1. In your Adobe Commerce Admin panel, go to **Sales** > **Orders** > **Create New Order** > **Create New Customer** (or select an existing customer). 2. Select a store, and then **Add Products**. 3. Select **Adyen Pay By Link** as the payment method. 4. You can optionally enter a custom expiration date for this payment link. ## MOTO To use MOTO, you need a MOTO merchant account. Follow [these steps](/online-payments/classic-integrations/hosted-payment-pages/skin/moto-feature#requesting-a-moto-account) to request a merchant account. After you create a MOTO merchant account, you can configure the MOTO payment method in your plugin. 1. Under **Admin Orders**, fill out the following fields: | **Field** | Description | | ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **MOTO enabled** | Set to **Yes** to enable MOTO. | | **MOTO accounts** | Enter the name of your MOTO merchant account, Client Key, and the API Key related to your MOTO merchant account. Under **Mode**, select the **Test** or **Live** environment. | We recommend that you clean your cache. To test MOTO: 1. In your Adobe Commerce admin panel, go to **Sales** > **Orders.** 2. Select **Create New Order** > **Create New Customer** or select an existing customer. 3. Select a store, then select **Add Products**. 4. Choose **Adyen MOTO** from the payment method options. ## Donations With our Giving feature, you can give your shoppers the option to donate to a nonprofit as part of your payment flow. If the shopper chooses to make a donation, the donation amount is charged to the same payment method they used for the original transaction. The plugin uses Adyen's [Campaigns overview](/online-payments/donations#donation-campaigns) to accept donations for the campaigns you create and manage in your Customer Area, and supports both [fixed amount and round-up donations post checkout](/online-payments/donations#donation-settings). Donations are enabled by default, and the donation campaigns that are active in your Adyen Customer Area are automatically fetched and shown to your shoppers at checkout. To disable donations, under **Adyen Giving**, set the **Enabled** field to **No**. To create and active a donation campaign in your Customer Area, follow the steps in our [documentation](/online-payments/donations#donation-campaigns). After you have set up a campaign, you can [test your integration](/online-payments/donations/testing) to make sure it works as expected. ## Next steps [Set up stored payment methods](/plugins/adobe-commerce/set-up-tokenization) [Store your shopper's payment details for later payments.](/plugins/adobe-commerce/set-up-tokenization) [required](/development-resources/testing/) [Test your integration](/development-resources/testing/) [Use our test card numbers to make test payments.](/development-resources/testing/) [required](/plugins/adobe-commerce/go-live-checklist) [Configure your live account](/plugins/adobe-commerce/go-live-checklist) [Follow this checklist before you start accepting live payments.](/plugins/adobe-commerce/go-live-checklist)
