The Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) is a single platform for managing orders, customer records, fulfillment, inventory visibility, payments and invoicing, and customer care.

The Adyen Salesforce OMS package is a robust order management and payment processing solution for your ecommerce store. The package is built for flexibility and efficiency, and reduces your time-to-market with Salesforce OMS.

The integration works together with payment solutions provided by:

* [Salesforce Commerce Cloud](/plugins/salesforce-commerce-cloud)

## Features

* **Captures**: process full and partial captures at any step in your order fulfillment flow. Captures in OMS enable increased flexibility and control when handling payments.
* **Refunds**: initiate full and partial refunds seamlessly in your order processing flow.
* **Cancellations (Void, Authorization reversal)**: process full cancellations for authorized payments, and partial cancellations for orders that have been partially captured and then were fully cancelled. In such a case, only the uncaptured amount is cancelled.
* **Authorizations**: handle credit card authorizations on behalf of shoppers with the [Order on Behalf Of (OOBO)](/plugins/salesforce-order-management-system/set-up-oobo) feature.
* **Pay by Link**: accept payments with payment links using the [OOBO with Pay by Link](/plugins/salesforce-order-management-system/set-up-oobo) feature.

The supported payment methods for the Adyen Salesforce OMS package includes the supported payment methods for:

## Support levels

We provide three levels of support for major versions of the plugin:

* **Level 1**: Full support.
* **Level 2**: High priority bug fixes and security updates.
* **Level 3**: Security updates only.

## Get started

Before you begin to integrate, make sure you have followed the [Get started with Adyen guide](/get-started-with-adyen) to:

* Get an overview of the steps needed to accept live payments.
* Create your test account.

While you wait for your live account credentials, you can start integrating by using your test account:

1. [Install and set up the Adyen Salesforce OMS package](/plugins/salesforce-order-management-system/install-and-set-up-the-package) in your sandbox.
2. (Optional) [Set up Order on Behalf Of in Salesforce OMS](/plugins/salesforce-order-management-system/set-up-oobo).

Before going live, follow our [SFCC go-live checklist](/plugins/salesforce-commerce-cloud/go-live-checklist/) to make sure you have got everything set up correctly.
