The terminal will store the last 25 transactions. When you select a transaction, you can request a void.<\/p>\n<p>If the transaction hasn't been captured, voiding the transaction will cancel it. If it has been captured, it will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>This feature is disabled by default. Contact the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/ca\/ca\/contactUs\/support.shtml?form=other\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Support Team<\/a>\u00a0if you want to enable void requests from the terminal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"process-moto-mail-order-telephone-order-transactions\">Process MOTO (Mail Order \/ Telephone Order) transactions<\/h3>\n<p>You can now process MOTO transactions, allowing you to handle phone orders in-store. For more information and to enable the MOTO feature on your terminals, contact <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/ca\/ca\/contactUs\/support.shtml?form=other\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Support Team<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"customizable-menus\">Customizable menus<\/h3>\n<p>You can now create custom menus on the terminal. This lets you separate regularly used items from the terminal configuration settings.\u00a0These menus must be configured by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/ca\/ca\/contactUs\/support.shtml?form=other\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Support Team<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"gratuity-sum-in-the-totals\">Gratuity sum in the totals<\/h3>\n<p><em>Gratuity<\/em>\u00a0is now a separate category on the totals report.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"router-pinging\">Router Pinging<\/h3>\n<p>After a period of inactivity, some router setups would experience connectivity issues.\u00a0To prevent this from happening, we've introduced a local gateway ping. The ping interval is configurable.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"easily-access-terminal-information\">Easily access terminal information<\/h3>\n<p>By pressing Enter + 5 on the terminal you will now see its:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IP address<\/li>\n<li>Terminal ID<\/li>\n<li>Installed software version<\/li>\n<li>QR code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"only-print-receipts-for-approved-transactions\">Only print receipts for approved transactions<\/h3>\n<p>Terminals can now be configured so that <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Refused<\/strong><\/span> or <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Cancelled<\/strong><\/span> transactions do not print a receipt. This allows for communication and barcode scanning over the Bluetooth connection.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"initiate-standalone-transactions-on-integrated-terminals\">Initiate standalone transactions on integrated terminals<\/h3>\n<p>You can now initiate a transaction from the standalone terminal if your integrated terminal is experiencing connection issues.
