This can be used, for example, to perform an eligibility check for tax-free shopping.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, see\u00a0<a href=\"\/point-of-sale\/card-acquisition\">Acquire card details<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"afterpay-support\">Afterpay support<\/h3>\n<p>We now support\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afterpay.com\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Afterpay<\/a>\u00a0payments in Australia. Afterpay is a digital eWallet payment method, where the shopper makes a payment by scanning a QR code presented on the POS terminal.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on setting up QR code-based payment methods, see\u00a0<a href=\"\/point-of-sale\/qr-code-wallets\">Alipay and WeChat Pay<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"improved-functionality\">Improved functionality<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"receipt-logo-support\">Receipt logo support<\/h3>\n<p>You can now use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca-live.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>\u00a0to configure your receipt logo for V400c and V400m terminals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"receipt-printing-improvements\">Receipt printing improvements<\/h3>\n<p>Empty fields will no longer be printed on the receipt.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"standalone-payment-flow\">Standalone payment flow<\/h3>\n<p>We now show the result of a standalone payment when it starts printing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"network-priority\">Network priority<\/h3>\n<p>You can now configure the priority for different network connection types (Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Cellular) in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-live.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>. When the priority connection type is not working, the terminal will try to connect using the other connection types.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"static-ip-per-ssid-support\">Static IP per SSID support<\/h3>\n<p>You can now configure terminals to connect to a static IP address per SSID.<\/p>\n<p>To do this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the terminal, navigate to\u00a0<strong>Network<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Wi-Fi<\/strong> &gt; <strong>[SSID Name]<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; <strong>IP settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Clear the <strong>Use DHCP<\/strong>\u00a0checkbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"configurable-payment-timeouts\">Configurable payment time-outs<\/h3>\n<p>The default time-out for validating or authorising a payment has been reduced to 36 seconds (from 180 seconds). You can configure payment time-outs in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca-live.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"fixed-issues\">Fixed issues<\/h2>\n<p>In this release we fixed the following issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>An incorrect terminal MAC address was displayed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>An incorrect\u00a0<span translate=\"no\"><strong>Effective date<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0would print on EMV transaction receipts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The network settings of a terminal would be lost when updating the terminal from a version earlier than V1.26.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Transactions couldn't be cancelled during an authorization request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>When a terminal was busy it would display\u00a0<span translate=\"no\"><strong>notAllowed<\/strong><\/span>.
