{"title":"VOS release notes V1.39","category":"default","creationDate":1557493980,"content":"<div class=\"notices yellow\">\n<p>This firmware is not available for Verifone MX and UX series terminals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"new-functionality\">New functionality<\/h2>\n<h3>Omnichannel - Request input from unrecognized shoppers<\/h3>\n<p>If you have built an omnichannel integration, you can now request input (such as an email address) from shoppers that aren't recognized (their details haven't been <a href=\"\/point-of-sale\/shopper-recognition\">tokenized<\/a>).<br \/>\nTo do this, your integration should <a href=\"\/point-of-sale\/shopper-engagement\/shopper-input\/confirmation\">request input<\/a> from these shoppers between card acquisition and the payment request.<\/p>\n<h3>Oney support<\/h3>\n<p>From this release, terminals support Oney cards. Oney is a provider of private label credit cards in France.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"improved-functionality\">Improved functionality<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can now configure a separate sales limit and refund limit.<\/li>\n<li>The transaction amount is now visible on the terminal screen while it is <strong>Waiting for authorization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Totals<\/strong> menu is now visible on all terminals that have a built-in printer. Previously this menu was only visible for terminals operating in standalone mode.<\/li>\n<li>Firmware updates can now be downloaded in the background using the Wi-Fi or cellular connections.<\/li>\n<li>If you make QR code payments by <a href=\"\/point-of-sale\/qr-code-wallets#initiate-from-barcode-scanner\">scanning the code on the shopper's device<\/a>, you no longer need to specify the <code>AllowedPaymentBrand<\/code> in the payment request.
