# Release notes - iOS 1.24

## New functionality

### New cancel or refund call

We've added a new `cancelOrRefundWithRequest` method. This allows you to cancel or refund a transaction from the terminal transaction list, and receive a receipt on the POS or on the PED. This functionality is limited to transactions that: 

* have been completed on the PED that is receiving the cancel or refund request.
* are still within the PED storage – this is currently limited to 100 tenders.

## Improved functionality

### DCC reporting

DCC reporting is now available in additional data. The original and final authorized amounts are now available separately. 

## Fixed issues

* Device reports error on boarding.
* Library does not report connection restored delegate.

## Known issues

* V1.24 is not compatible with EVO terminals with firmware V1.17. You must upgrade the firmware version of terminals to latest version.
