If there is an issue with your point-of-sale terminal, first try to diagnose and solve the issue yourself, using our Troubleshooting section. In many cases, this will be the quickest solution.
If you can't resolve the issue using the Troubleshooting section, send an email to the POS Support Team.
Provide the following information:
- Merchant account.
- PSP reference, if applicable.
- Terminal serial number. This number is printed on the back of the terminal. For example, S/N:123-456-789.
