Make sure that you remove other paired devices unless they are necessary.  ## Steps 1. Press **![](/user/pages/reuse/image-library/buttons/01.confirme355/2_e355.png)** + **9** to open the Admin menu.\ **Note:** Use the **\*** and **#** key to scroll up and down through the menu. 2. Press **1. Network**. 3. Press **3. Bluetooth**. 4. Press **1. Paired devices**. 5. Press** **![](/user/pages/reuse/image-library/buttons/01.confirme355/2_e355.png)**.** 6. Choose a device and remove it by pressing **1.** **Unpair**. Unpairing is only possible when the device is disconnected 7. Repeat these steps until all devices are removed.
