If a user completes the migration process in the test Customer Area, it only allows them to use email login for the test Customer Area.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In your Customer Area, go to <strong>Account<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Manage user migration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the panel, you can do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download a report with the <a href=\"#migration-statuses\">migration statuses<\/a> of users.<\/li>\n<li>Download a report with the <a href=\"#user-requirements\">users that do not have a unique email address<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#start-migration\">Start migration for users<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#cancel-migration\">Cancel migration for users<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"migration-statuses\">Migration statuses<\/h3>\n<p>A user can have one of the following migration statuses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Requires review<\/strong>:<br \/>\nFor users whose migration requires review, the migration status report shows the following values in the <strong>Reason<\/strong> column:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EMAIL_ADDRESS_ALREADY_IN_USE<\/strong>: the user's email address is being used by more than one account in the Customer Area. To migrate a user, their email address must be assigned to only one user. You must <a href=\"#change-duplicate-email-addresses\">change the duplicate email addresses<\/a> before migrating the user. If you do not know which company account the duplicate user belongs to, or if they belong to another organization, reach out to our <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/ca\/ca\/contactUs\/support.shtml?form=other\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Support Team<\/a> with the user in the <strong>CC<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SELECTED_MIGRATION_UNAVAILABLE<\/strong>: the user's email address is being used by a separate email user within the same organization (but not in the same company). Within the same organization, you cannot have an <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/single-sign-on\/set-up-sso\">SSO user<\/a> and an email login user with the same email address. You must first change the email user's login method before proceeding with the current migration.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ready to migrate<\/strong>:<br \/>\nYou can start migration for the user.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pending migration<\/strong>:<br \/>\nYou started migration for the user, and they must complete the steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"change-duplicate-email-addresses\">Change duplicate email addresses<\/h3>\n<p>To migrate a user to email login, their email address must be assigned to only one user, because it becomes their username. After this, the user cannot access the Customer Area with their previous credentials.<\/p>\n<p>You can verify that their new login method is updated to email on the <strong>Users<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cancel-migration\">Cancel a migration<\/h2>\n<p>You can cancel a user's migration only if they have not completed the steps of the migration process.
