In your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>, you can <a href=\"#configure-notification-settings\">configure how you receive notifications<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Notification center<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Notification center<\/strong> in your Customer Area appears when you select the <strong>Notification center icon<\/strong> <i class=\"adl-icon-alert\"><\/i> on the top navigation bar.<\/p>\n<p>The Notification center shows a list of notifications for all the merchant accounts that your <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/users\/\">user account<\/a> has access to. Each notification includes a link for more details or a link that goes directly to the page in your Customer Area that it is about.<\/p>\n<p>When you have an unread notification, a red dot appears on the icon.<\/p>\n<p>When you click on the notification, it gets marked as read. The next time you open the Notification center, it no longer appears in the list. You can select <strong>See all notifications<\/strong> to go to a page that includes all the notifications we have sent you.<\/p>\n<p>If you want specific notifications to show up in the Notification center, you can choose them on the <a href=\"#configure-notification-settings\">Notifications settings page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Configure notification settings<\/h2>\n<p>You can choose which notifications you get.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>, go to <strong>Notification center<\/strong> <i class=\"adl-icon-alert\"><\/i> &gt; <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under each section, for each type of notification, select the corresponding toggles to enable or disable it for <strong>Email<\/strong> or <strong>Notification center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When the <strong>Email<\/strong> toggle is enabled, email notifications are sent to the email address linked to your user. <\/p>\n<h3>Settings for chargeback notifications<\/h3>\n<p>Fraud and dispute notifications are issued for merchant accounts. That means that if you enable <strong>Chargeback notices<\/strong>, you also need to select the merchant accounts that you want to receive chargeback notifications for.<\/p>\n<h2>Service status messages<\/h2>\n<p>Service status messages are notifications that give you important information about the status of Adyen's platform, for example scheduled maintenance or service downtime.<\/p>\n<p>In your user account, you can see system messages from all the <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/account-structure\/#merchant-accounts\">merchant accounts<\/a> that you have access to.
