specific requirements regarding their location, business type, and processing history<\/p>\n<h3>Minimum eligibility requirements<\/h3>\n<p>To qualify for a financing offer through Capital, your users must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Be located in a <a href=\"\/pt\/capital#supported-countries-regions\">supported country or region<\/a> and have an eligible legal entity type.<\/li>\n<li>Have processed payments with Adyen for at least three consecutive months (90 days).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a processing volume of at least 1,000 EUR, GBP, USD, or AUD for a minimum of three consecutive months.<\/li>\n<li>Not operate in a high-risk industry as defined by payment risk categorization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note that meeting these minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee qualification for a Capital Your user can select any grant amount that does not exceed the maximum grant amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Terms of Service<\/h3>\n<p>After your user selects an offer, you must provide them with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"#structure-and-terms-of-the-financing-offer\">terms of the selected offer<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/pt\/capital\/terms-of-service\">Terms of Service<\/a> related to the Capital product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on your implementation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are using an API-only implementation, you must <a href=\"\/pt\/capital\/terms-of-service\">generate a Terms of Service document<\/a>, present it to the user, and request their acceptance.<\/li>\n<li>If you are using UI components, the user will complete this step as part of the prebuilt <a href=\"\/pt\/capital\/capital-components\/?component=Capital&amp;integration=components&amp;version=1.7.x#standard-user-flow\">user flow<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notices green\">\n<p>To receive a grant, users must accept the Terms of Service for Capital, even if they have already accepted them previously when requesting business financing. The grant can then be disbursed to the user.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Fund disbursement<\/h3>\n<p>After your user signs the Terms of Service, the necessary <a href=\"\/pt\/capital\/manage-user-capabilities#capital-capabilities\">capabilities<\/a> become enabled for them. You can then proceed to disburse the grant to your user.<\/p>\n<p>The amount that you disburse to the user is called a <em>disbursement<\/em>.
