If you are just starting your implementation, refer to our <a href=\"\/pt\/adyen-for-platforms-model\">new integration guide<\/a> instead.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>You can customize your Hosted Onboarding Page (HOP) to fit the onboarding style of your platform.<br \/>\nIn <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>, you can configure how the page is displayed, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#customize-HOP-appearance\">Enabling the header.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#add-name-logo\">Adding a logo.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#change-background\">Adding a background image or change its color.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#add-faq-url\">Adding an FAQ URL that links back to your platform.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can further <a href=\"\/pt\/classic-platforms\/onboard-users\/hosted-onboarding-page\/customize-experience\">customize the onboarding experience<\/a>, like making the flow more modular, through a set of parameters in  <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.adyen.com\/api-explorer\/Hop\/latest\/post\/getOnboardingUrl\" class=\"codeLabel  external-link no-image\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">\/getOnboardingUrl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"customize-HOP-appearance\">Enable the page header<\/h2>\n<p>You can decide whether to use a navigation header on your HOP, which also changes the position of the logo if you have added one.<\/p>\n<p>To change the header settings, you must have the <strong>Manage HOP settings<\/strong> role enabled for your Customer Area user. If you do not have the role, contact your Admin user.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a> and select <strong>Platform<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Configure<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Hosted Onboarding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the following options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>With default header<\/strong>: The logo appears in the top-left corner, and the language selection and the <strong>Help<\/strong> button appears in the header of the page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Without header<\/strong>: The logo appears at the top center, and the language selection and the <strong>Help<\/strong> button appears at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"add-name-logo\">Add your logo<\/h2>\n<p>You can add a customized logo shown to your HOP.<\/p>\n<p>To add or change the logo, you must have the <strong>Manage HOP settings<\/strong> role enabled for your Customer Area user. If you do not have the role, contact your Admin user.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a> and select <strong>Platform<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Configure<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Hosted Onboarding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Upload a logo for your onboarding page with the following image requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum size: 400 x 128 pixels<\/li>\n<li>File types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG<\/li>\n<li>Maximum file size: 100KB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"change-background\">Change the background<\/h2>\n<p>You can change the background color or upload an image to use as background of your HOP.<\/p>\n<p>To change the page background, you must have the <strong>Manage HOP settings<\/strong> role enabled for your Customer Area user. If you do not have the role, contact your Admin user.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a> and select <strong>Platform<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Configure<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Hosted Onboarding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To use an image as the background, select the <strong>Background image<\/strong> option and upload an image with the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File types: JPEG, PNG, SVG<\/li>\n<li>Maximum file size: 5MB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To change the background color, select the <strong>Background color<\/strong> option, then enter the hexadecimal code of the chosen color (#RRGGBB format).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"add-faq-url\">Add an FAQ URL<\/h2>\n<p>You can include a link to your Frequently Asked Questions page. It will appear when account holders select the <strong>Help<\/strong> button, below Adyen's FAQ.<\/p>\n<p>To add the address of your FAQ page to HOP, you must have the <strong>Manage HOP settings<\/strong> role enabled for your Customer Area user.
