User roles determine what a user can do in the Balance Platform Customer Area. As the Merchant Admin user, you can create users for other people in your organization.
To assign different roles to your users, you must first request them from your Adyen contact for your own Merchant Admin user. You can only assign roles that your own user already has.
Roles generally include several permissions to perform actions and tasks in the different sections of the Balance Platform Customer Area .
|BalancePlatform Merchant Admin||The user has access to all resources in your platform.|
|BalancePlatform Merchant Read-only Admin||The user has read-only access to all resources in your platform.|
|Bank Backoffice Payments View||The user has read-only access to transfers.|
|BalancePlatform Manage Hosted Onboarding||The user can create, edit, and manage hosted onboarding themes.|
|Balance Platform Merchant Balance Sweep Configuration role||The user can create and manage sweep configurations.|
|Balance Platform Initiate Transfer Role||The user can transfer funds.|
|View PII Data on balance platform||The user can view unmasked personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to legal entities of individual type.|
|View PII Data on balance platform transfers||The user can view unmasked personally identifiable information (PII) related to third-party bank accounts that participated in transfers with your platform.
This role only applies to the Transfers page.
|Download Transfer Confirmation Letter||The user can download bank transfer confirmation letters from the Transfers page.|
|Bank Balance Platform Risk Base||The user can view the Score page which has the Case management dashboard and Risk signals.|
|Bank Balance Platform Risk Admin||In addition to the Bank Balance Platform Risk Base access, the user also can take action on identities and configure settings.|
