Your platform incurs fees for different actions, such as received transactions or premium features. Adyen may deduct these fees from the settlement and debit your platform's liable account.
The example below shows a 1.00 EUR fee for processing payments charged to your platform's liable account (BA00000000000000000000001).

Book transaction fees to users
You can book a payment's transaction fees directly to your user, eliminating the need to initiate a fund transfer afterwards. Once the transaction fees are calculated for a payment, Adyen adds this amount to the split, and automatically creates a transfer request to deduct these costs from the specified balance account.
For example, a payment of EUR 400.00 incurs the following fees:
