This means that the repayment period is fixed and the business loan must be completely repaid before the period ends.<\/li>\n<li>For a cash advance, the repayment period has an <strong>expected term<\/strong>. This means that the repayment period for a cash advance is flexible.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>How to request a Capital offering<\/strong>: enable users to request Capital on your interface. Clearly show that they must request the product before receiving any Capital proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following image shows an example of how to present your Capital offers to your users.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" src=\"\/user\/pages\/reuse\/pfs-compliance\/user-interface\/additional-requirements-capital\/2.EFP-Capital-Demo-Offers.svg?decoding=auto&amp;fetchpriority=auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this example, the interface:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explicitly shows whether the user is viewing offerings for a loan or cash advance.<\/li>\n<li>Shows all the Capital offerings available to your user.<\/li>\n<li>Uses a <strong>Request<\/strong> button to indicate the user how to request a Capital offering.<\/li>\n<li>Specifies the validity period of the offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Presenting KYC interface and Terms of Service<\/h2>\n<p>To comply with KYC requirements and user agreements, include the following information in your interface:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KYC collection fields<\/strong>: enable your users to submit KYC information for review by Adyen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relevant terms<\/strong>: when showing your user the details of their Capital offering proposal, you must include all the terms that are relevant for this proposal. For example, you should include:\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of the Capital funds.<\/li>\n<li>The total repayment amount.<\/li>\n<li>The repayment percentage.<\/li>\n<li>The fee for using the product. In Canada, you must show this fee as an annual interest rate.<\/li>\n<li>Adyen's alternative ways for repaying the financing, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>Capital user terms<\/strong>: ensure that the user terms for Capital are available for and accepted by your users. Users must only accept the terms one time. In case of updates to the user terms, your marketplace must communicate these updates to your users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acceptance of Terms of Service<\/strong>: enable your users to view and accept the <a href=\"\/pt\/capital\/terms-of-service\">Terms of Service<\/a> and conditions related to the Capital product. If you are not able to generate the required Terms of Service for your user, reach out to your Adyen contact.
