OXXO is a Mexican voucher-based payment method. Shoppers order items online, select OXXO at checkout and receive a voucher. Then, they pay in cash for their purchase with that voucher at one of the over 13,000 OXXO stores. Because many people in Mexico do not have a bank account or credit card, this is a popular ecommerce payment method.<\/p>\n

Shoppers print their voucher and present it to the cashier at an OXXO store to pay. When the payment is successful, OXXO sends a confirmation to the Adyen payments platform. This confirmation is typically received within one business day, but can take longer depending on when OXXO processes the transaction.<\/p>\n
