Paytm is India's largest stored value wallet with over 450 million registered users, and over 100 million monthly active users.
When paying with Paytm, the shopper is redirected to Paytm, where they authenticate themselves using their mobile number and a one-time password that is sent to the specified phone number. After confirming the payment, the shopper is redirected back to your website or app.
To accept Paytm payments, you need an entity in India. You also need to send us documents that are required by Paytm for their KYC process. For a list of required documents, contact your account manager or our Support Team.
