{"title":"Configure webhooks for risk signals","category":"default","creationDate":1658923380,"content":"<p>When a new risk signal triggers for an account holder, Adyen can send webhooks to your server. If you want to get notified of these events, you can subscribe to the webhook.<\/p>\n<p>To keep track of risk signal-related events in your platform, make sure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your server can <a href=\"\/pt\/development-resources\/webhooks\/configure-and-manage\">receive and accept webhooks<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You subscribed to the <strong>Configuration webhooks<\/strong> in your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After you have completed your setup, reach out to your Adyen contact, so we can enable sending the <a href=\"\/pt\/platforms\/webhook-types\">webhook type<\/a> <code>balancePlatform.score.triggered<\/code>.<\/p>\n<h2>Example webhook<\/h2>\n<p>The following is an example request body for a configuration webhook of the type <code>balancePlatform.score.triggered<\/code>.<\/p>\n<p>In the example, the risk signals listed in the <code>scoreSignalsTriggered<\/code> array triggered the webhook to be sent.<br \/>\nThe value of the <code>data.id<\/code> field represents an ID that is connected to this specific score calculation.
