Sales managers remain involved with the commercial partnership until the <em>Platform Review Meeting<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Operations Manager<\/strong>: your main operational and technical point of contact during your integration and initial stages of onboarding, before the <em>Platform Review Meeting<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementation Manager<\/strong>: provides technical expertise and is responsible for guiding you through the technical integration. Implementation managers work closely with project operation managers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account manager<\/strong>: the main point of contact for our partnership after the <em>Platform Review Meeting<\/em> when your solution goes live.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Adyen for Platforms<\/h2>\n<p>An Adyen for Platforms integration allows you to process payments on behalf of your users. <strong>Your users<\/strong> are third-parties such as sellers, service providers, or contractors that use your platform to sell their goods and services to their customers.<\/p>\n<h3>Resources<\/h3>\n<p>Your Adyen for Platforms integration consists of three main parts:<\/p>\n<h4>1. <a href=\"\/pt\/platforms\/account-structure-resources\/#your-adyen-account\">Your Adyen account<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Your Adyen account represents your business in Adyen's payment processing platform, through which all your users' payments are processed. Your Adyen account is represented by the following resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Company account<\/strong>: represents your core business entity and holds your merchant accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Merchant account<\/strong>: the account where we process payments for your users. You can have multiple merchant accounts. In your merchant accounts, you can configure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment methods<\/li>\n<li>Processing currencies<\/li>\n<li>Account-specific risk management rules<\/li>\n<li>Stores<\/li>\n<li>Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Store<\/strong>: ensures that the transactions you process for your users correspond to an accurate payer statement. They allow you to aggregate settlements and make reconciliation easier. You can create stores in your merchant accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the  <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.adyen.com\/api-explorer\/Management\/latest\/overview\" class=\"codeLabel  external-link no-image\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Management API<\/a> to manage these resources.<\/p>\n<h4>2. <a href=\"\/pt\/platforms\/account-structure-resources\/#adyen-for-platforms\">Your balance platform<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Your balance platform allows you to manage the flow of funds within your business, and split funds between your users. Your balance platform is represented by the following resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account holder<\/strong>: specifies what your user can do in your platform, for example, receive fund transfers to their balance account and payouts to their verified transfer instrument (bank account). An account holder must be linked to your user's balance account and main legal entity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Balance account<\/strong>: holds the funds of your user. All financial activities in your platform, such as paying out to a bank account, happen through balance accounts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liable account holder<\/strong>: represents your business in the balance platform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liable balance account<\/strong>: the account where your business' funds are held. Funds can be deducted from this account if your users' balance accounts incur negative balances due to refunds and chargebacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the  <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.adyen.com\/api-explorer\/balanceplatform\/latest\/overview\" class=\"codeLabel  external-link no-image\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Configuration API<\/a> to manage these resources.<\/p>\n<h4>3. <a href=\"\/pt\/platforms\/account-structure-resources\/legal-entity-management\">Your legal entity management resources<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Your legal entity management resources allow you to link your Adyen account to your balance platform, and verify your users according to payment industry regulations. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legal entity<\/strong>: contains information about your user, for example, the legal name, address, and tax information of the organization.
