Requirements<\/h2>\n

Before you can add payment methods to your Adobe Commerce admin panel, you need to add payment methods to your Customer Area<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For a list of all payment methods supported by the plugin, refer to Supported payment methods<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Enable payment methods in Adobe Commerce<\/h2>\n

When you have added the payment methods to your Customer Area, enable payment methods in the Adobe Commerce admin panel in order to render the payment methods in your checkout.<\/p>\n

  1. In your Adobe Commerce admin panel, go to\u00a0Stores<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the menu, go to\u00a0Sales<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Payment Methods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Configure<\/strong> next to Adyen Payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Go to Accepting payments<\/strong> > Payment methods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Set the Payment methods enabled<\/strong> field to Yes<\/strong> to retrieve and enable all payment methods you added in your Customer Area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After you have retrieved all payment methods from your Customer Area, you can start accepting and processing payments.<\/p>\n

    Some payment methods additional required and optional configuration options. The sections below explain these additional configurations.<\/p>\n

    Card payments<\/h2>\n

    Optionally, you can configure additional settings for card payments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Show holder name field for card payment methods<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect Yes<\/strong> to allow shoppers to enter the cardholder's name during checkout.

    Holder name required<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect Yes<\/strong> to make the holder name field a required field.
    If you support Visa, you must set this field to Yes<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Enable installments<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect Yes<\/strong> to enable installments for each credit card type. If you enable installments, you have to set up installments for each credit card<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Send level 2\/3 additional data for credit card<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect Yes<\/strong> to send level 2\/3 additional data<\/a> for credit card payments.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Click to Pay Enabled<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect Yes<\/strong> to allow shoppers to pay with Click to Pay<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Installments setup<\/h3>\n

    Credit card installments<\/a> are available in a limited number of countries\/regions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    You can set up installment rules for each credit card type. Next to Installments<\/strong>, fill out the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Minimum Amount<\/strong><\/td>\nSet the minimum installment amount for each credit card type.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Number of Installments<\/strong><\/td>\nSet the number of installments you want to offer for each credit card.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Allowed Credit Card Types<\/strong><\/td>\nSet the credit card types that you want to allow installments for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Action<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect <\/i> to delete an installment rule.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Refund strategy for gift card<\/strong><\/td>\nIf you accept gift card payments, you can set a refund strategy for cases when the gift card was used with another payment method to complete the payment. Possible values:
  6. Refund from first payment first<\/strong><\/li>
  7. Refund from last payment first<\/strong><\/li>
  8. Refund based on ratio<\/strong>: The refunds are split between the different payment methods used to complete a payment based on their ratio.<\/li><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    9. ISO country code<\/strong><\/td>\nDetermine the payment methods shown to the shopper during checkout. By default, this depends on the billing address of the shopper, you can override it here.
    Format: the two-letter ISO-3166-1 alpha-2<\/a> country code. Exception: QZ<\/strong> (Kosovo).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Language locale<\/strong><\/td>\nThe language shown to the shopper during checkout. By default, this is the language of your shop in Adobe Commerce.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Boleto Types<\/strong><\/td>\nSet to the Boleto payment method variant you selected in your Adyen Customer Area when adding Boleto. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Boleto Days for Delivery<\/strong><\/td>\nThe number of days to be added to the current date to set the delivery date.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    For headless integrations, there are additional setup steps for gift card payments<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Online checkout<\/h2>\n

    Optionally, you can configure settings to customize your checkout:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    House number in checkout (address street field)<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect which address line to be used for your shoppers to input their house number.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Headless integration<\/h2>\n

    If you have a headless integration<\/a>, you can configure the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Payment Origin URL<\/strong><\/td>\nBy default, this is set to the Adobe Commerce store base URL. If you have a different URL for your front-end application, set to the origin URL of the page that you are loading the 3D Secure Component from.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Payment Return URL<\/strong><\/td>\nThe URL your shoppers are returned to after being redirected to complete a payment. The default value is YOUR_MAGENTO_BASE_URL\/checkout\/cart<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Customer Success Redirect Path<\/strong><\/td>\nThe path to the success page your shoppers will be redirected to following a successful payment. If set, this will add the Order Increment ID as a query parameter. The default value is YOUR_MAGENTO_BASE_URL\/checkout\/onepage\/success<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
