{"title":"Salesforce Commerce Cloud troubleshooting","category":"default","creationDate":1704892920,"content":"<p>If you are experiencing a problem with your Salesforce Commerce Cloud Composable Storefront integration, there are several ways how you can troubleshoot the issue yourself. Before you contact our Support Team:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that you <a href=\"\/pt\/plugins\/salesforce-commerce-cloud\/composable-storefront\/install-and-set-up-the-package\">set up the package correctly<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the steps below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1: Check Logs<\/h2>\n<p>The integration creates different types of logs that you can use for troubleshooting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Info<\/strong>: an event that is important for business purposes, like a payment status change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Warn<\/strong>: informs you that something unexpected has occurred in the application, for example an issue, or a situation that disturbs a process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Error<\/strong>: informs you that something is preventing the Adyen application from performing its operations as usual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Debug<\/strong>: informs you of the parameters that are being sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can view logs in your console, or in the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.salesforce.com\/s\/articleView?id=cc.b2c_log_center.htm&amp;type=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\"> Salesforce log center <\/a>. Make sure that you can access logs before testing your integration.<\/p>\n<p>The logging functions are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Adyen\/adyen-salesforce-headless-commerce-pwa\/blob\/main\/packages\/adyen-salesforce-pwa\/lib\/api\/models\/logger.js\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">\n  <code>models\/logger.js<\/code>\n<\/a> file.<\/p>\n<p>If no errors are shown in the above logs, you can also check your console logs by inspecting the browser.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Check our release notes<\/h2>\n<p>Check if your current error is a known issue in the package, and resolved in a later version. You can find the known issues and fixes either in our <a href=\"\/pt\/plugins\/release-notes\">release notes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To find out which version of the package you are using:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Transactions<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Payments<\/strong>, and select the PSP reference of any payment.<br \/>\nThis opens the <strong>Payment Details<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Application Info<\/strong> section.<br \/>\nThe package version is shown under <strong>Payment Device Version<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Step 3: Check open issues in GitHub<\/h2>\n<p>Go to the open issues in our <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Adyen\/adyen-salesforce-headless-commerce-pwa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">GitHub<\/a>, and see if there is an open issue related to your error.
