For more information, see the <a href=\"\/pt\/point-of-sale\/user-manuals\/terminal-deprecation\/e315-user-manual\">quick start guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"steps\">Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>After you install the iOS device into the e315 terminal, power on both the devices.<\/li>\n<li>In the iOS App, log in using your API credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the options menu button in the top right.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Payment Device<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under the <strong>Payment Device<\/strong> list, the e315 appears as <span translate=\"no\"><strong>PAYWare Mobile Reader<\/strong><\/span> and is shown as <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Not boarded<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>In the device list, select <span translate=\"no\"><strong>PAYWare Mobile Reader<\/strong><\/span> to board the terminal.<\/li>\n<li>The e315 reboots automatically during this process.<\/li>\n<li>After the reboot is complete, select the \"ready for use\" <span translate=\"no\"><strong>Payware Mobile Reader<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The terminal is boarded and ready to use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>If no PAYWare Mobile Reader is shown<\/h3>\n<p>If no PAYWare Mobile Reader is available in the Adyen App or if you detect in your integration that the device count is\u00a00, that means the Made for iPhone (MFI) connection is not working properly.<\/p>\n<p>To fix this issue or find the cause:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Press and hold the <strong>Cancel<\/strong> key <strong><img alt=\"\" src=\"\/images\/6\/2\/0\/e\/0\/620e0c5c343676dd2b947bbdb1573f7eebc3caf7-cancel2x.png\" \/><\/strong> to restart the e315. If restarting didn't solve the issue, go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Physically separate the iOS device and the e315 and put them back together. If this didn't solve the issue, go to the next step.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Check which device causes the issue:<br \/>\nConnect the iOS device to a different e315 terminal, and connect the original e315 to a different iOS device.<br \/>\nReplace the device that causes the MFI connection issue.
