{"title":"Install or replace paper rolls - VX820 Duet","category":"default","creationDate":1776961627,"content":"<p>\u00a0Install paper rolls, or replace used rolls to print receipts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The VX820 Duet uses the following receipt paper:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>57 mm x 47 mm x 12 mm thermal receipt paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"steps\">Steps<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sc-notice note\"><div>\n<p>It is important you have sufficient stock of receipt paper, because without receipt paper it is not possible to accept payments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Lift the printer cover up.<br \/>\n<img alt=\"\" src=\"\/user\/pages\/docs\/03.point-of-sale\/48.user-manuals\/26.terminal-deprecation\/22.vx820-duet-user-manual\/02.install-or-replace-paper-rolls-vx820-duet\/noText_vx820-replacepaper1.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Lift the paper tray, and remove any partial roll of paper.<\/li>\n<li>Hold the roll so that the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.<\/li>\n<li>Press the paper roll into the printer tray.<br \/>\n<img alt=\"\" src=\"\/user\/pages\/docs\/03.point-of-sale\/48.user-manuals\/26.terminal-deprecation\/22.vx820-duet-user-manual\/02.install-or-replace-paper-rolls-vx820-duet\/noText_vx820-replacepaper2.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Pull the paper up past the glue residue on the paper roll.<\/li>\n<li>Close the paper roll cover by gently pressing on the cover until it clicks.
