Generate and download reports manually

Learn how to generate and download Adyen reports manually.

Find the reports that are available to you in your Customer Area. A report can be available for the company account, the merchant account, or for both.

You can also automatically get reports.

Manually generate and download a report

You need the Merchant Report user role.

To generate and download a report:

  1. In your Customer Area, go to Reports in the left navigation.

  2. Under Report overview, you can select a report category from the drop-down menu or enter the name of a specific report in the Search bar. By default, All reports is selected.

  3. From the list of reports, select the report you want to access under the Name column.

  4. Select Manage report. This gives you the option to generate the report automatically or manually. Select Manual (generate once).

  5. Configure additional report settings. Select the additional options from the pop-up window. The options depend on the type of report you are generating, for example, Date range or File type.

  6. Select Generate report. You will see a pop-up message that says Report is successfully queued at the top of your screen.

    Your report may take several hours to generate, depending on its size. Some delays may also be caused by a high number of merchants generating reports at the same time.

  7. Select the name of the report you generated. Under Generated reports, select the one you want to download.
