To view the dashboard in your <a href=\"https:\/\/ca-test.adyen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" class=\"external-link no-image\">Customer Area<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Finance<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Sales to payouts<\/strong> from the left navigation.<br \/>\nIf you are in a <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/account-structure#company-account\">company account<\/a>, you get a prompt to select a <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/account-structure#merchant-accounts\">merchant account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Select a merchant account under <strong>Suggested merchant accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select a date range from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your Sales to payouts dashboard has two tabs with different information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#sales\">Sales<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#payouts\">Payouts<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To download the information from the dashboard in <code>.csv<\/code> format instead, select the <strong>Export<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sales\">Sales<\/h2>\n<p>Select the <strong>Sales<\/strong> tab from the top to see the sales in the specified date range.<\/p>\n<p>The summary at the top of the page shows the following sales amounts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sales<\/strong>: The total amount of transactions with <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/payments-lifecycle\">status<\/a> of <code>SentForSettle<\/code> or <code>Settled<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong>: The total amount of transactions with status of <code>SentForRefund<\/code> or <code>Refunded<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales - Refunds<\/strong>: The <strong>Sales<\/strong> amount minus the <strong>Refunds<\/strong> amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pending (incl. pending refunds)<\/strong>: The total amount of transactions with status of <code>SentForSettle<\/code> or <code>SentForRefund<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below the summary are two charts. The key in the bottom right corner of the chart shows the colors and their corresponding statuses.<\/p>\n<h3>Refunds history<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Refunds history<\/strong> chart shows the total refunds amount for each increment of time in the selected date range.<\/p>\n<p>Each bar on the chart, depending on its color, indicates the amount that is <strong>Pending<\/strong>, <strong>Refunded, ready for payout<\/strong>, or <strong>Refunded, paid out<\/strong>.
