{"title":"Transaction-level reconciliation","category":"default","creationDate":1776961629,"content":"<div class=\"additional-info-block output-inline\">\n<h5 class=\"article__heading additional-info-block__title\">Credit card installment payments in Brazil<\/h5><div class=\"additional-info-block__body\"><p>If you accept <a href=\"\/pt\/payment-methods\/cards\/credit-card-installments\">credit card installment payments<\/a> in Brazil, you need to additionally <a href=\"\/pt\/reporting\/settlement-reconciliation\/transaction-level\/reconcile-installment-payments\">follow these instructions<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>This guide shows how to reconcile the costs of transactions and the payout amounts in a single payout batch on a transaction level.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/pt\/reporting\/settlement-reconciliation\/transaction-level\/settlement-details-report\">Settlement details report<\/a> to see settled transactions and transaction costs.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/pt\/reporting\/settlement-reconciliation\/transaction-level\/external-settlement-detail-report\">External settlement detail report<\/a> if you have an agreement with external acquirers to process transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow these steps to add up the credits to your account and subtract the debits from your account to verify the total payout amount. Because the Settlement details report is generated for <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/account-structure#merchant-accounts\">merchant accounts<\/a>, we recommend doing reconciliation on the merchant account level.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1 (Optional): Merge your External settlement report with your Settlement details report<\/h2>\n<p>The External settlement detail report includes the same fields as the Settlement details report that you need for reconciliation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notices green\">\n<p>Because the acquiring is outside of Adyen, the information used to generate this report is provided by external acquirers. You can get reports directly from them instead. If you do so, you need to skip this step and reconcile those transactions separately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Generate the Settlement details report for your merchant account.<\/li>\n<li>Generate the External settlement detail report. This report can only be generated for your <a href=\"\/pt\/account\/account-structure#company-account\">company account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the External settlement detail report, find the lines with the merchant account name in the <strong>Merchant Account<\/strong> column that corresponds to the merchant account for which you generated the Settlement details report.<\/li>\n<li>Add those lines to your Settlement details report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Step 2: Find transactions<\/h2>\n<p>Each line in the report is an entry. Each transaction can have more than one entry.<\/p>\n<p>Use the following columns to identify a transaction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Psp Reference<\/strong>: A unique identifier assigned by Adyen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Merchant Reference<\/strong>: An identifier assigned by you. Therefore, if you have sales on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the amount from all of those transactions are paid out once in a single batch the following week.<\/p>\n<h3>Payments not yet settled<\/h3>\n<p>A payment may not be settled because:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adyen has received the funds captured and will settle them with your next MerchantPayout.<\/li>\n<li>Adyen has not yet received the funds.
