If you select multiple merchant accounts, the generated report will contain settlement data for all merchant accounts that you selected. This can be useful if your business requires reconciliation across multiple merchant accounts, for example in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

The default setting is to generate the report per merchant account, per batch. Next payout (Payable) batches close according to the payout frequency defined for a merchant account. Any previously configured generation settings and schedules remain unchanged.

To manually or automatically generate a Settlement details report, or download a previously generated report, you need the Merchant Report user role.
