The Card/Bank Account Holder Name Contains Non-Alphabetic Characters

This check will fire when the card holder name has any non-alphabetic characters in it.

A consistent fraud trend is for fraudsters to insert random characters in the card holder name field. Note that this check does consider non-Roman Alphabet characters as being alphabetic, so merchants with card holder names in Hebrew, Acrylic, Chinese, etc. can use this check.
