Features per industry

Tip: Have a look at the required and recommended features for the omnichannel retail industry.

This part of the documentation covers end-to-end use cases that aim to connect the dots between your ecommerce and point-of-sale retail operations. Starting from a shopper journey, the use cases show the API flow that is involved and provide high-level instructions to make things work.

We are starting off with a couple of click-and-collect and endless aisle use cases. Click and collect is a retail service where customers order or buy products online ("click") and pick them up in person ("collect") at a physical store. Endless aisle refers to a setup where you let customers place ecommerce orders in your store or other physical location.

It is a work in progress, so do let us know if there is a specific retail use case that you want us to cover.
