See how others have done it
Read about out how the fashion retailer Love, Bonito uses our Unified Commerce solution to create customer-centric retail experiences, on our blog.
Adyen's Unified Commerce solution can help you consolidate your sales channels, and build a more consistent and personalized customer experience.
Unified Commerce is based around the concept of recognizing your customers when they purchase online, in-app, or in-store with your Adyen integrations.
By recognizing your customers, you can provide them with better purchasing experiences, such as:
- Cross-channel transactions: More convenient refund options, the ability to capture payments from anywhere, and presenting full product inventory in store.
- Payment-linked loyalty: A loyalty or rewards program linked to your customer's credit or debit card.
- Digital receipts: Provide receipts through email.
- Customer surveys: Get immediate feedback on whether your service has met expectations, directly on your Adyen point-of-sale terminal.
Supported countries
Our Unified Commerce solution is available in: Australia, Brazil, Canada, the European Union, Hong Kong, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
