Adyen provides reports designed to help you understand and reconcile the activity in the balance accounts of your platform. You can check balances, reconcile payments, and see the details of the payment instruments associated with your balance platform account.
You can generate the following reports in your Balance Platform Customer Area:
- Balance Platform Accounting Report: Use this report for an overview of all financial activities on your platform.
- Balance Platform Balance Report: Use this report for an overview of the account balances across your platform.
- BalancePlatform Payment Instrument Report: Use this report for an overview of all payment instruments and their status in your platform for the current date.
- BalancePlatform Received Payments Report: Use this report to view all payment attempts with payment instruments on your platform on a specific day.
You can download all reports in CSV (comma-separated values) format. You can also download the Accounting report in TSV (tab-separated values) format.
