Single sign-on

Log in to your Customer Area using your company credentials with single sign-on.

Single sign-on (SSO) lets you use your company credentials to log in to the Customer Area, instead of a separate password. SSO is set up and managed by your franchisor.

Requirements

Before you begin, take into account the following requirements and preparations.

Requirement Description
Setup steps Your franchisor must have enabled SSO as your login method. For more information, see Onboarding.

How it works

When your franchisor enables SSO, you receive an email to verify your email address. After verifying, you log in through your franchisor's platform using your company credentials, and are redirected to the Customer Area.

Verify your email address

Before you can log in with SSO, you must verify your email address. You receive this email when your franchisor creates your user account.

To verify your email address:

  1. In the email you received, select Verify email address.
  2. On the confirmation page, you can optionally enter your first and last name, then select Save.

The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, contact your franchisor to send a new link.

Log in from the Customer Area

To log in with SSO from the Customer Area:

  1. Go to Customer Area.
  2. In the Username field, enter the email address you verified.
  3. Select Next. Adyen recognizes your email as an SSO account and does not ask for a password.

If you are already logged in to your franchisor's platform, you are redirected to the Customer Area. If not, you are redirected to your franchisor's platform to log in first.

Log in from your franchisor's platform

If your franchisor's platform is already open, you can also access the Customer Area directly from there without going to the Customer Area login page first.
