Learn how to use the POS terminal fleet Scheduled report.

Find information about your point-of-sale payment terminals in the POS Terminal fleet Scheduled report, including:

  • The number of terminals you have or are using based on different parameters, such as model, software release, country/region, or store.
  • The technical details of terminals, such as Bluetooth address, Wi-Fi MAC address, link negotiation, or SIM status.
  • Where a specific terminal is used.
  • An overview of the status of your terminals.
  • The MAC addresses of recently shipped terminals during a rollout.

Adyen adds an entry for a terminal as soon as we ship it to you.

Generating and downloading: Get this report manually or automatically.

Time zone: The time zone setting of your account.

Availability: Available for company accounts and merchant accounts.

Structure

Entries

Under the header line, each line in the report is a separate entry. Each entry is for a unique terminal.

Columns

Each column shows specific information about the entries.

Column Description
Unique Terminal Id The unique identifier of the terminal. This is the POIID in the MessageHeader of your requests.
Device Model The model name of the terminal.
Serial Number The serial number of the terminal.
Permanent Terminal Id The permanent serial number of the terminal. You can make a /getTerminalDetails request to get this ID.
Status The status of the terminal:
- Online today, Last seen 1 day ago, Last seen 2 days ago, up to Last seen 7 days ago: Indicates when in the past week the terminal was last online.
- Switched off: Indicates the terminal was last online more than a week ago.
Firmware Version The software release that is installed on the terminal.
Device Name The name of the terminal. This can be configured in your Customer Area.
Display Label The label shown on the status bar of the terminal. This can be configured in your Customer Area.
Country The country/region where the terminal is used.
Company Account The Adyen company account the terminal is registered to.
Merchant Account The Adyen merchant account the terminal is registered to.
Merchant Inventory / Merchant in-store Whether the terminal state is inventory or in-store.
Store Code The identifier of the store to which the terminal is assigned.
Store Description The description of the store to which the terminal is assigned.
Store Address The address of the store to which the terminal is assigned.
Merchant Code The merchant code. This is the same as the Merchant Account.
Merchant Description The merchant description. This can be configured in your Customer Area.
Merchant Address The merchant address.
Last Transaction The date and time of the last transaction on the terminal. This is not included when the last transaction was more than 14 days ago.
Last Activity The date and time of the last activity on the terminal. This is not included when the last activity was more than 14 days ago.
Boarded Whether the terminal has been boarded.
Ethernet MAC The terminal's MAC address in your Ethernet network.
Ethernet IP The terminal's IP address in your Ethernet network.
Link Negotiation The Ethernet link negotiation that the terminal uses:
- auto: Auto-negotiation
-100full: 100 Mbps full duplex
Wifi MAC The terminal's MAC address in your Wi-Fi network.
Wifi IP The terminal's IP address in your Wi-Fi network.
Wifi SSID The terminal's SSID in your Wi-Fi network.
Bluetooth MAC The terminal's Bluetooth MAC address.
Bluetooth IP The terminal's Bluetooth IP address.
Status SIM / KPN Portal On a terminal that supports 3G or 4G connectivity, indicates the status of the SIM card in the terminal: ACTIVE or INVENTORY.
ICCID The integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID) of the SIM card in the terminal.
