Step 1- Clean the Bluetooth configuration

Start with a clean Bluetooth configuration. Make sure that you remove other paired devices unless they are necessary. 

Steps

  1. Press  + 9 to open the Admin menu.
    Note: Use the * and # key to scroll up and down through the menu.

  2. Press 1. Network.

  3. Press 3. Bluetooth.

  4. Press 1. Paired devices.

  5. Press .

  6. Choose a device and remove it by pressing 1. Unpair.

    Unpairing is only possible when the device is disconnected

  7. Repeat these steps until all devices are removed.
