Prerequisites
- Ensure the device is fully charged before turning it on. See Charge the e355 for instructions.
Turn on the e355
- Press and hold
until the device turns on . - When the device has turned on successfully, it shows the home screen logo. If you provided us with a logo, the terminal will show your merchant logo. Otherwise, you will see the Adyen logo.
Turn off the e355
- Hold
for more than five seconds. During this time it will beep repeatedly until it begins to power down.
