Terminal does not turn on

The terminal is not starting up.


If you need help starting your new terminal, see the Getting started guide.

  1. Make sure you connected all necessary items that were delivered with the terminal.
  2. Ensure that the power cord is plugged in, and charge the device for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Hold the green button for at least 3 seconds.
  4. If the device still does not start, contact Support directly.
